We’re delighted to see passenger services have returned after 60 years on the Northumberland Line.
This is a very special project for many reasons. One of those is because it’s the first time our unique, groundbreaking land value capture (LVC) model has been used to help fund part of the re-opening of a UK rail line.
We’re very proud of this and we would like to congratulate everyone involved in this transformational project. We look forward to continuing to help more projects like this in the future.
